2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information/documents required for service execution.
- Respond to document requests and communications within reasonable timelines.
- Ensure authenticity of all submitted records and financial information.
- Review final submissions/documents before approval or filing.
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, penalties, or losses caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the Client.
3. SERVICE FEES & PAYMENTS
- All service charges shall be communicated before work initiation.
- Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Services may commence only after receipt of advance/full payment.
- Additional government fees, penalties, taxes, stamp duties, or third-party charges are to be borne by the Client.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. TURNAROUND TIME
Estimated timelines provided for any service are approximate and depend on:
- Timely document submission by the Client
- Government processing timelines
- Third-party approvals
- Regulatory authority response times
Avenir Finance shall not be liable for delays caused by government departments, regulatory bodies, banks, or external agencies.
5. LIMITATION OF SERVICES
Avenir Finance acts as a consultancy and facilitation service provider only. We do not guarantee:
- Government approvals
- Registration acceptance
- Tax refunds
- Loan sanctions
- Specific financial outcomes
- Business profitability
Final decisions remain subject to respective government authorities and regulatory departments.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
We value client confidentiality and agree to maintain reasonable security measures to protect client information. However, the Client authorizes Avenir Finance to share information with:
- Government authorities
- Regulatory bodies
- Banking institutions
- Authorized third-party service providers
only when necessary for execution of requested services.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the website including:
- Branding and Logos
- Website content and Graphics
- Documents and Designs
- Service frameworks
remain the intellectual property of Avenir Finance and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
8. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By submitting your contact details on our website, you consent to receive:

9. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

- The Company reserves the right to deny refunds where substantial work has already been completed.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Avenir Finance be liable for:

- Loss of profits or Data loss
- Government penalties arising due to client negligence
- Delays caused by authorities or external parties
Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
11. TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- False information is provided
- Payments are delayed
- The Client engages in unlawful activity
- The Client violates this Agreement
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13. MODIFICATIONS
Avenir Finance reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the official website. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
